Yes. Your driver is fluent in English, German and French. Plan the journey in the language you prefer.
How much does a transfer cost?
Each quote reflects your route, schedule and requirements. Price and conditions are agreed before confirmation. No online payment is taken on this website.
Can I travel with children or large luggage?
Include the number of travellers, children’s ages and any bulky luggage. Vehicle capacity and suitable equipment must be confirmed before booking.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Provide your flight number and report changes. Waiting conditions and any adjustments are agreed with your driver in writing.
Are tickets and guided visits included?
The service covers the agreed transport. Admission, meals and guided visits are separate unless expressly included in your quote.
How do I change or cancel a booking?
